July 31, 2013, at 180 on my scale (which is always ~5 pounds less than the scale at the doctor's office, aggravatingly), on a 5'2" frame. Limiting carbs, eating them separate from fat and protein, and nominal to no sugar intake - although red wine is my favorite poison - I want to see a noticeable size and appearance difference in a month. The scale value is really the least of my concerns right now. I need to ride my recumbent bike because I still can't jog, and can hardly walk but the break is healing well I believe, and do some weights and resistance training again.

Beating the Obesity

Boyles's Law of Green Bean Properties
Apparently green beans ALSO expand to fill the available space....er, the available climbing space. The problem is I can't reach where the fruiting blossoms are....on the TOP :(
