July 31, 2013, at 180 on my scale (which is always ~5 pounds less than the scale at the doctor's office, aggravatingly), on a 5'2" frame. Limiting carbs, eating them separate from fat and protein, and nominal to no sugar intake - although red wine is my favorite poison - I want to see a noticeable size and appearance difference in a month. The scale value is really the least of my concerns right now. I need to ride my recumbent bike because I still can't jog, and can hardly walk but the break is healing well I believe, and do some weights and resistance training again.
